Return and Refund Policy

We are committed to delivering quality products and a reliable customer experience. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review the following policy outlining our return, refund, and replacement processes.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Policy:

  • "Application" refers to the Advent Crop Tech mobile app provided by the Company.
  • "Company," "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to Advent Crop Tech Private Limited, located at:

  • "Goods" refer to the products listed for sale via our Service.
  • "Order" means your request to purchase Goods from Us.
  • "Service" refers to our Website, Application, or both.
  • "Website" refers to www.adventct.com
  • "You" refers to the individual or entity accessing or using the Service.

2. Return Eligibility

You are eligible to return Goods within 3 to 7 business days from the date of delivery, without the need to provide a reason.

Once the return is approved and the Goods are received in acceptable condition, we will process the refund within 14 business days, using the original payment method. You will not be charged any processing fee.

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following criteria must be met:

  • The Goods must have been purchased within the last 7 days.
  • The Goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or made-to-order items, or items bought during sale.
  • Items with expired shelf life.
  • Goods unsealed after delivery, not suitable for return due to hygiene or safety concerns.
  • Goods that have been used, damaged, or inseparably mixed with other products after delivery.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with the above conditions.

4. Refund & Replacement Process

Step 1: Raise a Request

Contact us via email or phone within 3 to 7 business days of receiving your order, stating whether you seek a refund or a replacement, along with your Order ID and reason (optional).

Step 2: Verification

In cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we may request supporting evidence such as photographs or unboxing videos for verification before approving the return or replacement.

Step 3: Return Shipment

Once approved, you are responsible for shipping the Goods back to our designated return address. Use a trackable and insured courier service.

Step 4A: Refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • A full or partial refund (as applicable) will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 14 business days.
     

Step 4B: Replacement

If you’ve requested a replacement:

  • A new item will be shipped and delivered within 5 to 7 business days of approving the return, subject to stock availability.
  • In case the replacement item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund.

5. Return Shipping Responsibility

You will bear the cost and responsibility of returning the Goods to us. Returns must be sent to:
