  • All orders are processed within 4 to 10 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
  • We offer same-day dispatch for select products, subject to order timing and availability.
  • In case of a high volume of orders or unforeseen delays, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified via email if there is a significant delay.

2. Delivery Timeline

Once your order is shipped, delivery typically occurs within the standard transit time of 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location and courier partner.

Please note that national holidays, regional lockdowns, and courier service delays may impact the estimated delivery time.

3. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping details at the time of placing the order.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

Advent Crop Tech is not liable for any package lost or stolen after the carrier has marked it as delivered. If your tracking information shows that the package was delivered but you haven’t received it:

  • Check with neighbors or security personnel.
  • Contact your local courier office.
  • File a complaint with local authorities, if necessary.

6. Returns Based on Delivery

If you wish to return any item(s), our Return Policy allows returns within 3 to 7 business days from the delivery date. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify.

7. Out-of-Stock Items

In the event that an item in your order is out of stock:

  • We may wait for all items to be back in stock before shipping the complete order.

8. Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other charges upon arrival in the destination country. These charges must be borne by the recipient.

Advent Crop Tech is not responsible for any customs duties or import taxes levied by the destination country.
